- Payment and transaction details (such as order ID, amount, and transaction status), processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — these are handled directly by the gateway.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above only to:
- Generate and deliver your unique QR pass to you by email.
- Validate your pass at the entry gate on the night(s) you’re booked for.
- Confirm your order and share event-related updates (such as timing or venue changes).
- Respond to support requests you raise with us.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
3. Who We Share It With
We share only what’s necessary, with the following categories of service providers, solely to deliver the service you’ve requested:
- Payment gateway (HDFC SmartGateway): to process your payment securely.
- Email delivery providers: to send your pass to the email address you gave us.
- Cloud infrastructure providers: to host our systems and store pass records securely.
We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

We retain your booking and pass information for as long as necessary to deliver your pass, validate entry, handle any support or refund requests, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. We may retain records of past events for a reasonable period afterward for reporting and dispute-resolution purposes.
